  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window; please note that earrings and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene and custom reasons.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment or download it from our website, ensuring you include your order number and the reason for the return.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them to our Dublin warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure the safe arrival of your Irish gifts.

  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
